Ali N. Kareem was born in Baghdad, Iraq in January of 1985. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Electronic Engineering in 2006 and 2011 respectively from University of Technology Department of Electrical engineering. He got the PhD in 2019 in Communication Engineering at the UOT, Iraq. Starting scientific publishing since 2010, he has more than 6 publications in national and international conferences and journals.
