Professor Dr. Basem Hassan Hashim Al-Majidi, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture, University of Technology. Master's degree in Architecture Engineering 2004, PhD in Architecture Engineering, specializing in Architecture Theory 2009. Head of Architectural Design staff for many stages (second, third and fifth levels, in addition to teaching theoretical courses for the initial levels (History of Architecture, Estimation and Technical Specifications and Project Management), Theory of Architecture for the PhD and Master's levels. He served as Scientific Assistant to the Dean of Architecture Engineering 2017-2019, and Deputy Dean of Architecture Engineering. He chaired the Scientific Sub-Committee and the Graduate Studies Committee. He is currently the Head of the Central Scientific Committee at the College. He supervised more than 20 Master's and PhD theses. He received more than 80 letters of thanks and appreciation from the Ministry of Higher Education and other institutions.
