Asst. Prof. Dr. Noor Abdul Khaleq Zghair is a faculty member at the Department of Computer Engineering – University of Technology, Baghdad. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Information Technology in 2007, her Master’s degree in Computer Engineering in 2014, and her Ph.D. in Intelligent Systems in 2023, all from the same institution. Since joining the academic staff in 2008, Dr. Noor has played an active role in university teaching and curriculum development. She has taught a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including: - Logic Circuit Design - Computer Networks - Digital Systems Design - Web Programming - Digital Communications Dr. Noor has published approximately 17 research papers in both local and international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Her research interests span several key areas in computer engineering, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and its modern applications. In addition to her research and teaching contributions, she has served as a reviewer for a number of local and international scientific journals, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining high standards in academic publishing. Dr. Noor is dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge through research, teaching, and collaborative projects in emerging areas of modern technology.
