Lina J. Rashad was born in Baghdad, Iraq, in May of 1983. She received her B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq, in 2006, 2008 and 2016 respectively. In 2008, she joined the department of electrical engineering at university of technology, Baghdad, in Iraq, as an Asst. Lecturer. Currently she is a lecturer in the department of electrical engineering at UOT. She has over than 15 publications in national, international journals and conferences in the areas of control systems, power electronics and electrical machine.
