Ikhlas M. Farhan is a Senior Lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department, University of Technology. Her research interests include communication engineering, wireless communication, and information theory and coding. She received the bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Technology, the master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq, and the PhD degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology- Iraq.
