Asst. Prof. Dr. Salam Abdulnabi Thajeel currently works at Petroleum Technology Department- University of Technology- Iraq, He Earned his BSc. in Computer science from Al-Mustansiriya University- Iraq in 2000 and M.Sc. degree in computer science (Pattern Recognition) From Iraqi Commission for Computers & Informatics ,Institute For Postgraduate Studies -2003,He obtained his Ph.D. (with honors) in Computer Science (Digital Forensics) from University Technology Malaysia-(UTM) in 2016,His research interests mainly focus on Digital Forensics, Image Forgery Detection, Image processing ,Computer Vision & Data security
