Director of the Ibn Sina Division for E-learning 2018. Director of the Electronic Cultural Services Center 2019-2020 until now. Qualifications An expert trainer in the field of e-government(TOT), authorized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) An expert trainer in the field of human capacity development(TOT). authorized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
