Director of the Information and Communication Technology Center / University of Technology 2015-2016. Director of the Ibn Sina Center for E-learning 2017. Director of the Ibn Sina Division for E-learning 2018. Director of the Electronic Cultural Services Center 2019-2020 until now. Qualifications An expert trainer in the field of e-government(TOT), authorized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) An expert trainer in the field of human capacity development(TOT). authorized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Certified trainer in the Continuing Education Center, University of Technology Supervised on 5 MSc. Thesis in computer sci. since 2016.Publication Published 9 papers in International Conferences and journals.
