"ACI member Maan Hassan is a Professor of Civil Engineering at University of Technology, (Baghdad, Iraq). He has conducted post-doctoral research at Leeds University (UK), and has also been a Fulbright researcher at Michigan State University (USA). He received his Ph.D. in 2007 from University of Technology (Iraq), and his specialty is in concrete materials and technology. استاذ الهندسة المدنية في الجامعة التكنولوجية. اكمل دراسة ما بعد الدكتوراه في انكلترا - جامعة ليدز وعضو برنامج فولبرايت منذ العام 2011. حصل على شهادة الدكتوراه عام 2007 من الجامعة التكنولوجية وتخصصه الدقيق هو هندسة مواد البناء وتكنولوجيا الخرسانة. "
